Having first started in 2013, Architecture OPEN STUDIO has blossomed into the premier public architecture event in Cape Town, uniting built environment professionals, students, and the general public in a unique, city-wide celebration.

Returning to Cape Town’s city centre from October 15 to 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, all are welcome to visit architecture studios across the city that will open their doors, inviting you to explore the creative processes that shape our urban landscape.

This two-day event offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the world of architecture. As you stroll through the studios, you will encounter interactive displays featuring models, posters, videos, and presentations that showcase the innovative projects and visions of Cape Town’s top architects.
