But there’s nothing quite like getting lost in the world of ceramics. It seems as though ceramics have exploded over the last few years, when in fact it’s been around for centuries. We’d love to take you on a journey to explore some of our favourite local ceramic artists. Ceri Muller
‘Inspired by the human body and the fluid, organic shapes of the natural world’ Ceri Muller’s work is designed to be either functional or stand alone sculptures. Ceri was born in SA but is now based in Amsterdam, taking her one of a kind pieces to a broader more global market.

Cape Town based ceramicist Jan Ersnt De Wet’s ‘organic designs stem from his abstract understanding of form and space influenced by his background in architecture, his connection with the natural world, and his South African heritage.’

With her organic vessels bringing all of our Pinterest dreams to life as well as her work being displayed at some of the top restaurants in the country, there’s no doubt that we would all like a Jade Paton piece of our own.
