It can be tough to adjust to a new way of eating if you’ve recently discovered an allergy or food sensitivity. Going gluten-free doesn’t need to be an entirely stressful experience. Thankfully, there are many resources available to learn more about this dietary restriction and once you’ve gotten an idea of what you like to eat, it can be fun to branch out. Social media is one way to stay on top of what other people are doing, but also to find a likeminded community going through similar struggles.

We’ve rounded up some creators to check out for more gluten-free food inspiration

Jackie - Gluten Free Follow Me

After finding out she had celiac disease in 2012, Jackie McEwan found that it was relatively hard to get helpful information around cooking tasty gluten-free food. She founded Gluten Free Follow Me, a comprehensive guide to eateries and recipes that are safe to eat when on a gluten-free diet. Check out her recipes on TikTok or Instagram, where she whips up easy dishes from sheet pan dinners to blueberry crumble.

Gluten Free Alice

Based in the UK, cookbook author Alice Wiggins is all about creating fun dairy free and gluten free recipe content. If you’ve recently found out that you need to minimise the gluten in your diet, she has a host of recipes (from sweet to savoury) and tips on her site. According to her official website, her aim is to show that being gluten and dairy free doesn’t have to mean missing out, and that there is still so much delicious food you can eat.

The Loopy Whisk

Katarina Cermelj founded The Loopy Whisk in 2016 after needing to eliminate gluten and dairy from her diet due to health issues. If you love baking but can’t find suitable substitutes for gluten-free options, she’s go you covered. According to her official site, the Loopy Whisk isn’t a gluten free blog or a vegan blog – instead, it covers recipes suitable for all sorts of dietary requirements. Check out her fluffy pancakes recipe or other sweet baking treats on her social media (and site!)
