South African all-rounder Maps Maponyane adds restaurant owner to his list of titles

The Top Billing presenter, style icon and cover star of Condé Nast House & Garden's August 2019 issue shared the news of the Buns Out grand opening on social media over the weekend. The local burger joint which is co-owned by  Maponyane is located in Linden, Johannesburg and is run by a team of young creatives who by the looks of their burgers, really know what they're doing and where they are headed.

Maponyane announced the opening on his social media saying, 'Couldn't say anything until I brought my toughest critic along, and now that she's happy - I'm Excited to share that I've just opened my first restaurant. A burger spot in Linden, Johannesburg called 'Buns Out'🍔🍟. Come through for a great quality burger! We're open every day.👊🏽,' the post said.
