If you have shelves within your kitchen, style them appropriately to suit the overall decor theme throughout the space. Improving your shelves does not have to be an expensive endeavour, and there are many ways you can spruce them up yourself using quick DIY tricks.

2. Refurbish cabinetry

If you don’t have the budget to replace all your cabinets, give them a lick of paint instead. Repair old cupboards and replace handles or doors that are broken or tarnished to give your kitchen a more aesthetically pleasing look.
