Richard Jennings, Director at Align Research, and his wife, opened the doors of their holiday home located in the Fransche Hoek Agricultural Estate. Jennings said they chose the plot in the estate for the fantastic panoramic view of the Franschhoek valley and the complete peace of mind of being in a secure estate.
The idea behind the magnificent home’s interior was to create a space that is a ‘modern take on a Franschhoek country house’. The 2-bedroom home features a sleek and elegant en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom located downstairs leads out onto the pool deck.
The open plan design of the downstairs living area boasts additional features that include floating stairs with a wine rack attached to the underneath. The holiday home has an outside shower, water wise garden with artificial lawn and a water storage tank. Take a look at the picture gallery below.
