On the evening of July 25th, the Youngblood Art Gallery on Bree Street became a playground for the bold and the unconventional as Woodstock Gin hosted "Unmasked," a captivating event that turned the traditional masked ball on its head. In a celebration of freedom and authentic self-expression through performances, masks, and innovative cocktails. Attendees unleashed their inner spirit animals in a vibrant tribute to the brand’s untamed spirit. and the untamed spirit, this gathering brought together Cape Town's elegant, rebellious, and outlying personalities for an unforgettable night of artistry and innovation.

The event, a pinnacle in Woodstock Gin's ongoing "Unmasked" campaign, was not just about indulging in exquisite gin cocktails but also about embodying one's inner spirit animal - a theme that resonated throughout the night. As guests arrived, they were invited to don masks that represented their unique archetypes, each accompanied by a bespoke cocktail that matched their chosen spirit animal.

Entertainment for the evening was as eclectic as the crowd. Loyisa Gold’s dynamic stage presence, DJ Shelly’s genre-bending mixes, Jade Adams’ ethereal vocal stylings, and Bradd Peacock’s electrifying energy combined to create an immersive experience that reflected the spirit of the event. Each artist symbolized an archetypal spirit animal, further deepening the connection between performance and the "Unmasked" theme.

As guests mingled and sipped on their custom cocktails, it became clear that this was more than just a party - it was a celebration of what it means to be truly free.
