Warm, autumnal colours as colder weather approaches
With the change of season, I find myself gravitating towards warmer colour palettes and richer textures. This home provides the perfect autumn feel, with shades of brown, yellow ochre, and cream. I always say that homes should feel like they are lived in and not show houses, and this space is a perfect example of that. – Yashna Balwanth, Acting Editor-in-Chief
Comfort, sophistication, and a touch of purple
Exuding elegance and class, with neutral palettes juxtaposed with a pop purple, this living room is pure magic. As someone who has always believed that style and comfort should go hand-in-hand, this stylish space, coupled with the gorgeous couch, caught my eye. A truly romantic space I would love to spend time in. – Kauthar Gool, Digital Editor
Striking sculptural vases
My latest obsession is vases – sculptural vases, to be more specific! I love the anatomy of a body, especially when it is sculptured. When I was an art student, I would sketch live models, and have a great appreciation. I love this vase as it is the mould of a head but it is unique as it is upside down. I love having plants in my house, so I would use it as a planter and make it a centrepiece on my coffee table. – Vine Lucas, Digital Campaign Manager
Keeping it cosy
As we (sadly) approach the winter months, this gorgeously innovative fireplace caught my attention. I love how it ‘folds’ out of the wall like the page of a book – I've never seen anything like it. The rest of the interior plays into my love for neutrals too. – Walter Hayward, Managing & Syndication Editor
Checkmate: Chic candles and an elegant chess motif
As someone who grew up loving board games, I am obsessed with these new candles, which give a modern touch to chess pieces. Candles sure are the new centre pieces for any home. – Taahirah Luddy, Junior Graphic Designer
