In July the Spa reopened to the public with a special “re-opening menu”. Now, from September, the Spa will be offering an extended menu – including facials, massages, manicures and pedicures, as well as specialised treatments for teens, men and pregnant ladies. Also on offer are a range of facial treatments by world-renowned, clinical skincare brand, Biologique Recherche, using all natural ingredients and cutting edge technology to maximise skincare results, as well as SleekSculptTM treatments for full body rejuvenation. Both Biologique Recherche and SleekSculptTM treatments are performed within designated suites in One&Only Spa.
When booking any treatment, guests will also be given pre-sealed slippers and gowns, a welcome drink, and have access to the considered dressing rooms, the beautiful Spa gardens, and relaxation lounge. The relaxation lounge is a tranquil space with a selection of complimentary snacks and beverages. (The Thermal Suite amenities such as the sauna and steam rooms, vitality pool and showers remain closed to the public at this time.)
For guests who want to continue their Spa day in the Spa gardens, there is the option to order light snacks or lunch from Nobu. Nobu offers Japanese-Peruvian cuisine such as sushi, salads, cocktails and other mouth-watering delights. Choose from the lunch and dinner menu, and have this served to you whilst you relax and unwind.
The Spa will be open from Thursday – Sunday between 9am and 6pm, and bookings may be made online, telephonically or via email.

Best in-class hygiene protocols have been adopted, with auditing and maintenance of service and sanitation standards carried out through a globally secured contract with Diversey. Further details of exact measures are available, on request. To further limit risk, an arrival procedure has been adopted. This includes demarcated parking, a health screening, as well as escorted access directly to the Spa reception, without needing to enter the main Resort building. This procedure is safe, secure, comfortable, and not affected by weather.
