In a serene neighbourhood in Moscow, architect and interior designer Ariana Ahmad has crafted an extraordinary family estate that seamlessly combines luxury, sustainability, and artistry.

Stretched over a 5,000 m² plot, this 2,100 m² residence, complemented by a 180 m² summer house, stands as a harmonious blend of architectural elegance and eco-conscious design. Created for a multigenerational family, this home not only serves as a tranquil retreat but also celebrates the owners’ passion for art and bespoke craftsmanship.

Designed as a family nest, this project is the sixth collaboration between Ahmad and her clients, showcasing a deep understanding of their lifestyle and values. The result is a space that balances functionality with sophistication.

The interiors, defined by warm, soothing tones and custom finishes, evoke a sense of understated luxury. Every element, from the hand-painted de Gournay wallpapers to the custom plaster panels by Paris-based Tollis Studio, reflects meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to luxury.

The layout of the home caters to both practicality and indulgence. The ground floor offers expansive living and dining areas, a spa zone with a swimming pool, and a guest suite for the homeowner’s mother.

Upstairs, private bedrooms provide comfort for family and guests, while the attic is dedicated to leisure and creativity, featuring a gym and playroom. A well-planned basement adds functionality with a wine cellar, laundry, and storage.

Beyond its architectural beauty, the estate embodies sustainability. Lush gardens and flower beds blend seamlessly into the surrounding forest, enhancing biodiversity and fostering a peaceful environment. Advanced water conservation systems and renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels and wind turbines, reflect the family’s commitment to eco-friendly living.

The interiors are further elevated by a remarkable art collection, featuring works by artists like Agostino Bonalumi and Masao Yamamoto. Statement pieces, such as a Lasvit chandelier and bespoke furniture by Christophe Delcourt, complement the carefully curated décor.

This estate is more than a home—it is a reflection of Ahmad’s ability to merge artistry, sustainability, and luxury into a living masterpiece.
