A look inside the first high-rise luxury apartments to be built in the heart of Waterfall City

Attacq Limited (Attacq) has partnered with Tricolt, a leading property development company, to launch the first high-rise luxury apartments in Waterfall City.

Ellipse Waterfall is set to transform urban luxury living in Gauteng’s fastest growing business node. Residents will be able to select from executive one-bedroom apartments (starting from 44m2) to three-bedroom duplex penthouses, offering up to 327m2 of living space. These will include private rooftop gardens and heated pools, with prices ranging from R1.49 million to R12 million.

The development is comprised of four towers, the Newton, Kepler, Da Vinci and Galileo, totalling 590 apartments and constructions is set to start next month. The first phase of development is set to be completed by 2021.

Tim Kloeck, Chief Executive Officer of Tricolt, believes that Ellipse Waterfall offers an attractive value proposition. Residents will also have access to ‘The Luna Club’, an exclusive multi-concept lifestyle destination for Ellipse Waterfall residents of all ages with premium wellness, fine dining, business and leisure services.
